The smart sewage treatment plant in Zhenning Autonomous County Industrial Park, Anshun City, Guizhou Province collects various process instruments, analytical instruments, video surveillance, energy consumption monitoring, equipment operating conditions and other data from the site and transmits them to the PLC network. Through the big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing and other technical methods of the intelligent comprehensive operation and management platform in the control room, it realizes the monitoring and information management of operation reports, water quality and quantity analysis, equipment management analysis, power consumption analysis, drug consumption analysis, online forecasting and early warning, historical data query, and prevents the sewage treatment plant from realizing data monitoring and information management. Project Overview:
The Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant in Zhenning Autonomous County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province is a sewage treatment plant from the mountains of ethnic minorities. The designed daily sewage treatment capacity is 10000 cubic meters in the near future and 20000 cubic meters in the long term, with a pipeline network of 30000 meters, a total land area of 3.8 hectares, and a total investment of 189.6734 million yuan. At present, the construction plan plans to treat 5000 cubic meters of sewage per day, build more than 1000 meters of supporting roads, lay more than 3000 meters of water supply and sewage storage pipelines, with a total investment of 92.64 million yuan.
