Product applicable working conditions

Suitable for low, medium, and high concentration VOCs mixed exhaust gas, with a treatment air volume range of up to 1000~200000Nm3/h. For VOCs containing compounds such as halogens, sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic, etc., it is necessary to first purify and separate harmful substances to activated carbon and catalysts through a pretreatment system to ensure the service life of activated carbon and catalysts and the safe operation of the system.

Product Features

1. Low energy consumption

The catalytic ignition temperature is low, only 250-300 ℃, and the preheating time of the equipment is known, only 15-30 minutes. The high concentration consumption is only due to the efficiency of the fan, and automatic intermittent compensation heating is used when the concentration is low.

2. Low resistance and high purification rate

The honeycomb ceramic carrier catalyst impregnated with precious metals platinum and palladium has a large specific surface area and low resistance.

3. Waste heat recycling

Waste heat is used to preheat the exhaust gas to be treated, reducing the overall power consumption of the host.

4. Safe and reliable

The equipment is equipped with a flame retardant dust removal system, explosion-proof pressure relief system, over temperature alarm system, and fully automatic control system.

5. Long service life

The catalyst is usually replaced after 8000 hours, and the carrier is renewable.
