Product Introduction
Utilizing the adsorption properties of activated carbon with multiple micropores to adsorb organic waste gas is an extremely effective industrial treatment method. Honeycomb shaped activated carbon has the advantages of stable performance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to high-speed airflow impact. Using it to adsorb organic waste gas can achieve a purification efficiency of up to 90-95%. After saturation of activated carbon adsorption, it can be regenerated by hot air desorption. After regeneration, the activated carbon is put back into use. By controlling the flow rate of the desorption process, the concentration of organic waste gas can be concentrated 10-20 times. The desorption gas flows through the combustion device of the catalytic bed and is heated to around 300 ℃, where it ignites under the action of the catalyst,catalytic combustionThe purification efficiency of the process can reach over 90%. After combustion, CO2 and H2O are generated and a large amount of heat is released. A part of this heat is then used to heat the high concentration exhaust gas desorbed through the heat exchanger in the catalytic combustion bed. The other part of the air outside the heating chamber is used as activated carbon desorption gas. Generally, to achieve the desorption catalytic combustion self equilibrium process, the burner needs to be started for about 1 hour. After reaching thermal equilibrium, the electric heating device can be turned off. At this time, the regeneration treatment system relies on organic solvents in the exhaust gas as fuel to achieve self balancing circulation in the regeneration process without the need for external energy, greatly reducing energy consumption and eliminating secondary pollution. The entire adsorption and catalytic combustion process is automatically controlled by PLC.

Product safety measures
In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, in addition to strengthening safety education, developing safety operating procedures and safety management systems, the following measures are taken:
1. Protective railings shall be installed at the overhead positions where personnel are required to operate each device.
2. Electrical appliances strictly comply with the relevant regulations regarding lightning protection, grounding safety measures, and protection measures to prevent various accidents.
3. Install lightning protection devices on chimneys.
4. Activated carbon adsorption bed and catalytic combustion device are respectively equipped with pressure relief devices.
5. A flame arrester valve is installed in the connecting pipeline between the activated carbon adsorption bed and the catalytic combustion device: if the gas temperature is too high, the flame arrester valve plays a role in preventing high-temperature gas from entering the activated carbon adsorption bed, ensuring safe operation.
6. Set the temperature control of the supplementary air cooler: When the temperature inside the activated carbon adsorption bed is higher than the set value, the supplementary air cooler will automatically start to supplement the cold air, reduce the temperature inside the adsorption bed, and ensure safe operation.
7. The activated carbon adsorption box and catalytic combustion device are respectively equipped with over temperature automatic alarm, power-off, and air supply cooling devices.
8. Activated carbon adsorption box and catalytic combustion device filled with nitrogen and fire sprinkler system: When the temperature inside the activated carbon adsorption bed is higher than the set value, nitrogen is quickly filled. If the temperature is still rising, the sprinkler system will automatically open to ensure safety.
9. High temperature equipment and pipelines shall be insulated with thermal insulation measures.
