The XHG type grid cleaning machine is mainly composed of a frame, grid bars, cleaning rake plates, lifting chains, motor deceleration drive devices, buffer self-cleaning unloading devices, etc. When working, the cleaning rake plate fixed on the lifting chain is driven by the driving device to scoop up the dirt intercepted by the underwater grille. The cleaning rake plate rotates clockwise from the rear to the front of the grille synchronously by the two side lifting chains. When the rake plate reaches the upper part of the machine body, it rotates clockwise due to the action of the turning track and guide wheel; Part of the dirt falls down by gravity, while the remaining dirt adhered to the rake plate is scraped off by a buffer self-cleaning discharge device.
The XHG type drive device is equipped with a shear type safety pin, which instantly cuts off in case of overload or accident to protect the equipment from damage.
