The drying process carried out in a rapid dryer is similar to that in an industrial dryer, using fluidized bed technology. A blower sucks in external air through a filter, and after passing through the engine and heating wire, the airflow is blown into a drying container (which can be removed) through a perforated surge bottom plate. Solid particles are lifted up in the drying space and kept separated from each other, which avoids the surface adhesion phenomenon that occurs in other drying processes.
The hot air carries away the moisture in the particles, passes through the filter on the top cover, and leaves the drying space. For samples with a particle size less than 100 microns, you can use a top cover with a filter layer outside the filter bag. A blower with a power of 750 watts generates an air flow rate of 50-100 cubic meters per hour and a heating power of 2000 watts. The air flow rate, heating power, and temperature can all be set continuously and infinitely. The temperature regulation adopts pointer instruments with a range of 40-120 ° C.
