Quick acting descaling agent
Boiler descaling agent product introduction HX-007
summary:
Boiler descaling agents are easy to use, inexpensive, non-toxic and odorless, and do not corrode boilers. The characteristic of this is the sulfate and silicate scale that cannot be removed even with hydrochloric acid, while the alkaline descaling agent produced by our factory has a certain effect. Therefore, it has been distributed for many years and is very popular.
2、 Principle of descaling:
Boiler descaling agents are mainly composed of alkali and alkaline substances. The finished product is a white powder. Chemical reactions occur with sulfate and silicate scale inside the boiler, producing carbonates. This is why alkaline descaling agents can transform hard and difficult to remove sulfate and silicate scale into loose scale. The carbonate scale after transformation is still insoluble in water, but it will fall off from the wall panel or become loose and easy to remove manually or mechanically during the transformation, thus achieving the purpose of descaling.
3、 Usage:
The descaling agent is suitable for boilers without economizer and superheater with working pressure ≤ 13 kg/cm2 and evaporation capacity below 4 tons/hour.
Before use, dissolve the descaling agent in hot water at around 80 ℃ to form a 20% concentration solution. Then fill the boiler with water to the visible water level, inject the melted solution into the furnace, and maintain a high water level. Then ignite and heat up, and boil the furnace.
The operation of boiling furnace is divided into two methods: normal pressure and pressure. When boiling the boiler at normal pressure, wait for the boiler water to boil, then use low heat to keep the boiler water boiling. After the pressure inside the boiler rises to 1 kg/cm2, maintain it for a period of time (not less than 24 hours). Then lower the pressure again.
When stopping the boiling process, it is necessary to gradually drain and replenish water, and the furnace temperature should slowly decrease to prevent residual stress. Only when the furnace water temperature drops to around 50 ℃ can water be drained. When boiling under pressure, the pressure should be slowly increased. Generally, it takes about 24 hours to raise the pressure to 50% of the working pressure, and then maintain the temperature and pressure for a period of time (not less than 24 hours). When boiling the stove, it should run continuously day and night. During the boiling process, do not discharge water or use steam to avoid affecting the effect. Keep the water level at the upper limit of the water level gauge. If the water level drops, replenish it in a timely manner. During the boiling process, a dedicated person should be on duty to check for leaks in all parts and valves of the boiler. Promptly take measures upon discovering an increase in pressure and other abnormalities. After boiling the furnace, open the inlet, hand hole, and inspection hole in a timely manner after draining the water. Use manual or pressure water hoses to wash away the mud and scale remaining on the steel plate, otherwise the mud will harden again and be difficult to remove. The cooking time shall not be less than 72 hours.
4、 Dosage:
The dosage of descaling agent should be added according to the thickness of the scale. Typical scale thickness is 1-2 millimeters, with a dosage of 13-15 kilograms per ton of water; Scale thickness of 3-4 millimeters, adding 15-17 kilograms/ton of water; When the scale is over 5mm, add 17-19kg/ton of water. If the scale in the boiler is thick, it can be added to 20-25 kg/ton of water.
