1QYOil filled submersible pumpsummary:
QY type oil filled submersible pump (referred to as submersible pump) is an electric drainage and irrigation equipment that combines a water pump and a three-phase asynchronous motor. It has reliable waterproof sealing performance, small size, light weight, does not require a pump room, does not require water injection, and is easy to use, maintain, and manage.
IIQYOil filled submersible pumpApplicable locations:
1. Irrigation, well irrigation, and sprinkler irrigation in farmland and gardens;
2. Underground water lifting, water tower water delivery;
3. Drainage and flood prevention;
4. Ship bottom drainage;
5. Urban construction, industrial and mining water supply and drainage.
IIIQYOil filled submersible pumpTerms of Use
1. The diving depth of the submersible pump shall not exceed 5m
2. The water temperature should not exceed 40 ℃;
3. The volume ratio of sand content or insoluble solid particles in water shall not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm
4. Non corrosive, with a pH value of 6.5-8 for water;
5. Ordinary room temperature clean water: well water, river water, lake water.

5Performance parameters of QY oil filled submersible pump:
VIQYOil filled submersible pumpOrdering instructions:
1. Name of submersible pump (deep well submersible pump, submersible electric pump, submersible sewage pump, automatic mixing submersible pump, oil filled submersible pump);
2. Submersible pump models (QJ, QW, WQ, QY, QDX, JYWQ, JPWQ, AS);
2. Specification of submersible pump;
3. Submersible pump flow rate (8-260m3/h);
4. Submersible pump head (7-2000M);
5. Submersible pump power (0.55-250);
6. Submersible pumps use media such as river water, groundwater, clean water, liquids, sewage, pollutants, and can also be used for corrosive media;
7. Submersible pump casing material (aluminum alloy, cast iron);
7QYOil filled submersible pumpPrecautions for use:
1. Before using the submersible electric pump, it is necessary to carefully read the user manual, confirm that it meets the usage conditions, and strictly follow the precautions and installation, starting, operation, and shutdown requirements of the unit for operation.
2. Before using the submersible motor, the chamber must be filled with clean water, otherwise it will cause the motor stator coil, thrust bearing, and guide bearing to heat up and burn out. When pouring water, both the water injection bolt and the air release bolt must be unscrewed at the same time to ensure smooth pouring of water and easy removal of air from the chamber.
3. The ground test run of the motor shall not exceed one second, and before the test run (the motor chamber has been filled with clean water), a sufficient amount of water should be poured into the oil seal of the motor shaft extension, otherwise it will cause the oil seal (or mechanical seal) to burn out.
If the motor and submersible pump have been installed together, the check valve should be removed first during the trial run, and then a sufficient amount of clean water (or laundry detergent water) should be slowly poured from the outlet of the water pump. At the same time, the pump shaft should be turned to pre lubricate the rubber bearings of the water pump, otherwise the bearings will be burned out.
Electric pumps should be used upright and should not be operated lying down.
When a high lift submersible pump or unit is heavy, two steel wire ropes must be added for load-bearing protection to prevent the unit from falling into the well. (It is recommended that all pumps used underground should be equipped with load-bearing protection)
6. Submersible electric pumps should be placed upright when not in use for a long time to prevent bending and deformation of the motor rotor and pump rotor. Electric pumps should not be stored outdoors for a long time and should be stored in a warehouse, otherwise it will cause cable aging, insulation degradation and failure of motor winding coils, and rusting of components. Submersible electric pumps should be inspected and debugged before long-term use.
7. After the submersible motor is removed from the well in winter, the drain bolt and vent bolt should be tightened in a timely manner to drain the water stored in the motor cavity, otherwise it will cause the motor components to freeze and crack. When going down the well again, it is necessary to refill it with clean water.
After the electric pump is lowered into the well, the insulation resistance to ground should be measured first with a 500 volt megohmmeter, which should not be lower than 5 megohms before conducting a water test. Otherwise, the conductive motor will be burned out.
