Overview: QW submersible sewage pump is a new product jointly developed and researched with Jiangsu University based on the experience of similar foreign products. This product adopts the double sealed chamber technology invented by Professor Zhu from Jiangsu University, which makes the sealing more reliable and the product safer to use. The impeller adopts a dual channel design structure, which is resistant to blockage and entanglement, has strong balance ability, and runs smoothly, greatly improving the ability of pollutants to pass through. It can effectively pass solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter. Based on the production and processing technology of similar products in our company, it has been identified that the comprehensive technical indicators of this product are in a domestic position and have reached the international level of similar products.
This type of pump can be equipped with various protective devices according to user requirements; To improve the safety of the electric pump, measures such as detecting and protecting against water leakage in the wiring chamber, protecting against temperature rise in the stator and bearings, protecting against water leakage in the oil chamber, and protecting against water leakage in the motor chamber are taken.
The motor power ≥ 11kW adopts an internal circulation self cooling system. Using a medium to cool the motor is safe and reliable.
Using carefully developed mechanical seals, it is safer and more reliable to use, with a service life of over 8000 hours.
There are various installation forms: dual rail automatic coupling installation, mobile installation, etc. can be used. When using automatic coupling installation, the water pipe seat is fixed at the bottom of the pump pit. When the pump is lowered along the guide rod, it automatically combines with the outlet pipe seat, and when it is lifted, it automatically loosens. When using a mobile installation, it can be directly placed in water and connected to the pump body with a hose or hard pipe, making it easy to transfer the pump to different construction sites.
