Overview
QATM Qpress 40 (Opal 410) is a fully hydraulic, water-cooled hot setting prototype that can be used for setting operations before polishing. This machine can automatically perform corresponding operations in sequence. The sample cylinder component can be quickly replaced without the need for tools. The sturdy aluminum structure is coated with powder coating. With its sturdy structure and QATM hydraulic system, the working noise of the machine can be reduced. Through comprehensive selection from #216; The sample cylinder assembly with a diameter of 25.2-40mm and different pressure modes can achieve ideal sample setting operations. By using spacer blocks, two samples can be embedded simultaneously.
Product Details
Sample operation:
The bayonet connection is easy to unlock and push to one side. The external connection closure components are covered with polytetrafluoroethylene coating. After pressing the start button, the program will automatically execute according to the predetermined parameters. Parameters can be changed or adjusted during the sample setting process.
Sample cylinder component:
Equipped with multiple optional sample setting cylinder components ranging from Ø 25.2-40mm, it facilitates users to achieve excellent sample setting operations. By using a dual sample module, two samples can be embedded simultaneously.
Electronic control:
Through the clear LCD control panel, users can easily control the hot setting prototype.
Heating:
By providing a high-power heating system, the heating time can be greatly reduced.
