Price of organic blocking material fireproof mud
Organic fireproof blocking material is a new product developed by our company according to GB23864-2009 standard, which has the characteristics of high fire resistance limit and low smoke emission. This product also has good plasticity, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is easy to construct and maintain, and can be combined with other sealing materials (such as fireproof bags) for application.
Organic fireproof blocking material is suitable for blocking holes when wires, cables and other penetrations pass through walls in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, shipbuilding, metallurgy, power generation, postal and telecommunications industries, to prevent flames from spreading from holes to adjacent rooms in case of fire.
Although fireproof mud has excellent performance, its good performance needs to be based on the correct construction methods. Firstly, we need to knead it into a ball shape. If the temperature is too low, we can heat the blockage and packaging in warm water at 40 to 70 degrees Celsius. Before sealing the hole, it is also necessary to ensure that the hole is cleaned thoroughly. If you feel that the hole is too large, you can first use a fireproof net as a skeleton to increase strength.
Fireproof mud has good fire resistance, in addition to strong oil and water resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. It is precisely because of its ability to withstand wind and rain that fireproof mud is often used for sealing holes in wires and cables. The use of fireproof mud can effectively prevent the spread of fires in wires and cables, thereby avoiding the escalation of accidents and reducing fire losses.
Fireproof mud and refractory materials both have insulation properties and can serve as shielding materials. Due to the light weight of thermal insulation fireproof mud, it is usually referred to as lightweight fireproof mud. Thermal insulation fireproof mud is mainly used to prevent heat loss under conditions higher than ambient temperature, and is also used to prevent heat flow under conditions lower than ambient temperature. When used in the former case, it is often referred to as insulation material; In the latter case, it is called a cold insulation material. Due to the requirements of energy-saving work, the development of thermal insulation and fireproof mud is very rapid, with a wide variety that can be classified from different perspectives.
Is it necessary to use fire-resistant mud in high-rise buildings? In some special production situations or emergency situations, such as oil pipeline leaks or cable insulation damage, if equipment cannot be repaired and replaced in a timely manner, and if production stops, it will cause significant losses, emergency measures need to be taken to ensure production can continue and safety can be guaranteed. Fireproof mud is a good choice in such situations. Fireproof clay can be processed into various shapes by human hands, and can be made into block shaped objects similar to the insulation of damaged pipelines or cables in a short period of time on site. It can be adhered to the damaged area to protect the equipment because of its good waterproof, high temperature, oil resistance and other properties, which can effectively protect the equipment. In today's highly industrialized world, various industrial production phenomena are possible, so fireproof mud should be used as a common industrial product for emergency situations, to buy time for the arrival of professional equipment maintenance personnel. Almost every city in modern society has built many densely packed high-rise buildings, which not only reflect modern characteristics but also effectively utilize high-altitude space, despite the lack of environmental ground space. However, such urban building conditions also pose significant safety hazards, requiring greater manpower and resources for fire engineers. In order to effectively prevent fires, various new and old types of fireproof materials have also been valued and important. Fireproof mud is a relatively novel fireproof material and is currently one of the more practical fireproof materials on the market. The main reasons why fireproof mud is popular in the market include: the stable performance of this fireproof material, and the strong plasticity of the mud like material, which is suitable for application in various aspects of fireproof engineering. Secondly, in addition to its fire prevention function, it also has good corrosion resistance and waterproof, oil resistant and other characteristics. Moreover, the use of fireproof mud can make secondary repairs and enhanced repairs more convenient and easy.
If a fire-resistant wall is constructed inside a cable trench, it can be supported with bricks below the fire-resistant wall, leaving a drainage ditch, and then fixed with a fireproof partition to prevent the occurrence of the fire-resistant wall. The fire-resistant bag can also be used as a temporary isolation item on the construction site.
When the penetrating material to be sealed is prone to softening, deformation or erosion shrinkage at high temperatures, it should use fire-resistant sealing materials that expand upon contact with fire, rather than just "filling tightly with non combustible materials" as the standard. Otherwise, after softening, deformation or erosion shrinkage at high temperatures, the penetrating material will produce holes or gaps, causing smoke and fire to spread and burn;
When the sealing area is in a working environment with frequent vibration or deformation, flexible or elastic fireproof sealing materials that are not easily deformed or contracted should be used to fill and seal it tightly. Otherwise, under such working conditions, the fireproof sealing area will crack, break or even fall off, affecting the fire prevention efficiency;
When the sealing area is under high temperature or high humidity working conditions, fireproof sealing materials that do not soften or deform at high temperatures and do not fail at high humidity should be used, otherwise the fireproof sealing effect cannot be achieved;
Most fireproof sealing materials now pass standard testing, with a sealing thickness of 24cm during testing. However, in actual sealing, in order to achieve flatness with the floor and walls, or due to construction conditions, the thickness that should be sealed is often not reached, thus failing to achieve the same fire rating as the test results;
When conducting standard testing, the ratio of penetrations to the sealing area is also very low. However, in actual sealing, especially in the fields of power and telecommunications, the proportion of penetrations in the sealing area is very large. Therefore, relying solely on standard test results to develop sealing processes and select sealing materials cannot guarantee the reliability of fireproof sealing. Instead, fireproof sealing materials that have been tested under equivalent or actual working conditions should be selected;
