The working principle is that the decanter is installed on a support with supporting bearings and installed together in the pool. The electric push rod deceleration device is installed on the support above the pool. When the motor is running, the electric push rod performs reciprocating motion, driving the decanter mechanism to rotate and swing around the center of rotation of the lower support. During the aeration and sedimentation stages, the decanter is located above the water surface. During the decanting process, the decanter is lowered to below the water surface through the control system for drainage. When the water level drops to a lower level and the decanting is completed, the decanter quickly returns to its initial state. During the decanting process, the water flow entering the decanting weir is in a laminar state, and the descending speed of the decanter keeps the water output stable. The float acts as a slag blocking plate during the decanting process.
