1. Adjustment of base cover plateAfter use in media with wear and tear, the gap between the impeller and the base cover plate may increase.Remove the power supply, loosen the fixing screws, and rotate the cover plate to adjust the gap to its original state (0.3-0.5mm).

2. CleaningTo prevent debris from accumulating inside the water pump when not in use, clean water can be pumped out to wash the pump. Do not use the water pump, it should be placed in a dry place and pay attention to antifreeze.

3. Oil injection and oil changeOil change should be carried out according to the following methods.Place the pump so that the oil chamber plug (located on the inside of the water outlet) faces downwards, loosen the plug, release the lubricating oil, then clean the oil chamber with washing oil, inject an appropriate amount of oil, and replace it with a new oneOCircle, tighten the screw plug.If water (emulsion) is found in the oil, flush the oil chamber according to regulations, refill it with oil, and tighten it with a new oneOThe screw plug of the ring.
