Price of fully welded plate heat exchangerFeatures of the equipment
1. The working temperature of a fully welded plate heat exchanger reaches 1000 ℃. The working temperature of a detachable plate heat exchanger depends on the temperature that the sealing gasket can withstand. When using rubber elastic gaskets, the working temperature is below 200 ℃. Brazing, full welding, and plate shell sealing do not use gasket forms, and their working temperature is related to the process, currently ranging from -200 to 1000 ℃.
2. The equivalent diameter of a fully welded plate heat exchanger with large channels, such as wide wide channels and wide narrow channels, can reach 28mm. One or both sides can be used for heat transfer in media containing fibers, particles, or high viscosity.
3. The working pressure of the fully welded plate heat exchanger can reach 8MPa. The detachable plate heat exchanger is sealed with cushion pads, and the sealing perimeter is long. Moreover, the support at the two sealing points of the corner holes is poor, and the gasket does not receive sufficient clamping force. Therefore, the maximum working pressure is only 2.5MPa. Brazed and fully welded plate heat exchangers have changed the sealing form of detachable plate heat exchangers, while plate shell heat exchangers have changed the inlet and outlet forms of two fluids, increasing the working pressure of plate heat exchangers. At present, brazed and fully welded plate heat exchangers can withstand working pressures of 3.5~4MPa, while plate and shell heat exchangers can reach 8MPa. In a detachable heat exchanger, reinforcing the conventional corrugated plates to form corrugated tube channels not only enhances heat transfer but also increases the pressure bearing capacity of the plate heat exchanger.
4Price of fully welded plate heat exchangerThe range of applicable fluids is wider. Detachable plate heat exchangers are limited by sealing materials and are not suitable for certain fluids. Brazing, full welding, and plate shell types do not use sealing gaskets, so they can be used under high vacuum conditions, and the range of applicable fluids has also been expanded.
