At first glance at the material of the filter element
The main filtering material for air filters is filter paper. Nowadays, filter paper is mainly made of domestic and imported paper. Both domestic and imported paper have good filtering performance. However, the inferior filter paper used for counterfeit filters cannot prevent dust from entering the engine, thereby affecting its normal operation. The filter paper color of the general * filter element is uniform, and the paper surface is relatively flat; However, inferior filter cartridges have inconsistent colors, hairy paper surfaces, and poor texture.
Take a second look at the gum of the filter element
Nowadays, the structure of filter cartridges is generally composed of filter paper and rubber bonded together, and the gel of genuine and fake filter cartridges is also different. The rubber texture of genuine filter cartridges is good and elastic, while counterfeit filter cartridges have soft rubber and poor texture. A relatively easy way to distinguish is to fold the air filter in half. After loosening, the filter quickly returns to its original state, while counterfeit filters have poor adhesion to the filter paper due to rubber texture issues, with obvious marks in the middle of the fold.
In addition, some labels can be used, such as imported ones with line patterns, and of course, some domestic ones can also be imitated, but careful observation will make a difference.
Everyone knows that the grade used in water purifiers is PP filter element, also known as melt blown PP, made of polypropylene (PP material). Its main function is to filter various harmful impurities, organic pollutants, minerals, and other impurities with a diameter greater than 1 micron in tap water. Since it does not have a drainage function, its service life is generally 3-6 months. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly replace the filter element, otherwise it will cause secondary pollution problems and the water quality cannot be guaranteed. According to the usage range, it can be divided into 10 inches to 40 inches, and can be customized according to special requirements such as density, length, and weight. First, let's look at the density. PP can be divided into 1um and 5um based on the difference in pore size. Then, the weight is also around 100g and 110g. The pore size cannot be recognized by the naked eye, but the weight and tactile sensation can be distinguished by hand. The quality of the filter element directly affects the quality and filtration effect of the water purifier, so commonly used 1 micron and 5 microns are generally used, with the heavier one being the best choice. At the same time, because PP cotton filter cartridges are usually used in the first three stages, they must be replaced regularly, otherwise it will have an impact on the service life of the RO membrane and the TDS value of the effluent water quality.
Is the PP cotton filter harder or softer? In fact, a high density and sturdy grip indicate high compressibility, longer filtration accuracy and service life. However, soft PP may scatter after high water pressure or prolonged use, causing a decrease in filtration and affecting the normal operation of the RO machine. Therefore, PP, which has advantages in both quality and price, is necessary to fundamentally improve the quality of the entire water purifier.
The service life of the filter element will also vary depending on the raw materials used. As the usage time prolongs, impurities in the water will clog the filter element, and the activated carbon filter element will become saturated with adsorption. So, generally speaking, PP filter cartridges need to be replaced after 3 months, while activated carbon filter cartridges need to be replaced after 6 months. Hollow fibers, due to their inability to be cleaned, are usually placed at the back end of PP cotton and activated carbon for use, otherwise they are more prone to clogging. If used as end sterilization equipment for water purification, they need to be replaced after 1-2 years. Ceramic filter cartridges can generally be used for 10-12 months, and good ceramic filter cartridges can be used for 3-5 years or even longer.

2. Producing water too quickly (filling a bucket in less than an hour): The reverse osmosis membrane is damaged;
3. Poor taste: The lifespan of the rear activated carbon filter has expired; RO membrane removal rate less than 75%: The lifespan of the reverse osmosis membrane has expired.

At this time, the pressure increases, the flow rate gradually decreases, and the transmitter will remind an alarm. At this time, it is necessary to clean the impurities in the filter element in a timely manner and clean the filter element.
During the process of cleaning the filter element, we must be careful not to deform or damage the hydraulic oil filter element. Otherwise, it cannot be reused to avoid affecting the filtration efficiency and causing damage to the entire system.
It is mainly used on air compressors to adjust the start and stop status of the air compressor. By adjusting the pressure in the air storage tank, the air compressor can be stopped and rested, which has a maintenance effect on the machine When debugging in the air compressor factory, adjust the pressure according to customer needs and then set a pressure difference For example, when the compressor starts, it pumps air into the air storage tank. When the pressure reaches 10kg, the air compressor stops or unloads. When the pressure reaches 7kg, the air compressor starts again. There is a pressure difference during this process, which allows the compressor to take a break and protect it[5] .
The compressor is directly driven by an electric motor, causing the crankshaft to rotate and the connecting rod to cause the piston to reciprocate, resulting in a change in cylinder volume. Due to the change in pressure inside the cylinder, air enters the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the intake valve. During the compression stroke, due to the reduction in cylinder volume, compressed air passes through the exhaust valve and enters the air storage tank through the exhaust pipe and one-way valve (check valve). When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7 MPa, it is automatically stopped by the pressure switch control. When the pressure of the gas storage tank drops to 0.5-0.6 MPa, the pressure switch automatically connects and starts.
For different temperature measurement ranges, temperature switches with different structures should be selected. In the temperature range of 0 ℃ to 100 ℃, solid expansion type temperature switches are usually used. In the temperature range of 100 ℃ to 250 ℃, gas expansion type temperature switches are mostly used. For the temperature range above 250 ℃, only thermocouples or resistance thermometers can be used. After being measured by transmitters, the electrical signals are converted into analog signals, which are then converted into switch signals[6] .
The working principle of a solid expansion type temperature switch is to use the difference in length changes of different solids after heating to generate displacement, thereby causing the contacts to move and outputting a temperature switch signal. For example, there is a temperature switch made of bimetallic sheets (brass sheets stacked on top of indium steel sheets). Due to the higher coefficient of linear expansion of brass sheets compared to indium steel sheets, the bimetallic sheets will bend when heated. When the specified temperature is reached, the free end of the bimetallic strip (the moving contact of the temperature switch) generates sufficient displacement, disconnects from the fixed static contact, and sends out a switch signal.
The gas expansion temperature switch operates based on the principle of a gas pressure thermometer. It has a temperature measurement package filled with nitrogen gas, which is connected to the measuring element of the pressure switch through a sealed capillary tube. When the measured temperature reaches the specified value, the inflation pressure inside the temperature pack activates the pressure switch.
