The air cooler is a low-temperature air-cooled refrigeration unit specially designed by our company for lead-free wave soldering and reflow soldering. It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, excellent performance, reliable quality, and reasonable value. Huaxiang air-cooled industrial air cooler has two types of models: upper blowing and lower blowing (the specific outlet position can be determined according to user requirements and specific conditions), with a processing air volume ranging from 150-8000m3/h, a wind pressure of 200-1200pa, an outlet temperature of -5 to+8 ℃, and a wind speed of up to 32m/s, which can basically meet the requirements of various models.
1、 Working principle of air cooler
According to the principle of refrigeration system, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs the heat of water and evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas state. During the evaporation process, the temperature of the refrigerant remains unchanged. The low-temperature and low-pressure gas refrigerant enters the compressor, which compresses it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas state. Then it enters the condenser and exchanges heat with the indoor medium in the condenser. Part of the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas state is absorbed by the medium, and the medium temperature increases. The refrigerant releases heat and the condenser becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure liquid state. The condenser process temperature remains unchanged, and then enters the expansion valve for throttling. Throttling is a rapid cooling process, and the refrigerant becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid state. After this process, the refrigerant enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, thus realizing the refrigeration system. The entire process, This cycle is continuous, allowing water to be continuously cooled, and then the cold air is blown to the place where it needs to be cooled through a fan.
2、 Classification of air-cooled air conditioning units
1. According to the cooling (heat dissipation) method
A、 Water cooled air cooler: (shell and tube) condenser with cooling tower for heat dissipation.
B、 Air cooled air cooler: (fin type) The condenser dissipates heat through the machine's own fan.
Selection of air cooler: Generally, water-cooled air coolers and air-cooled air coolers are selected according to the cooling capacity (air volume and temperature)
Wind cooled feature: Named after the heat dissipation method, it contains an insulated drainage tray and an axial flow fan inside the body, without the need for an additional cooling tower for heat dissipation Installation and movement are very convenient But it requires good ventilation in the workshop for the working environment, otherwise it will directly affect the cooling effect
Water cooling features: Water cooled air coolers require additional cooling towers and water pumps to extract tap water for heat dissipation Only then can a good cooling effect be achieved
