Introduction to the functions of HYZN-II fully automatic intelligent power frequency withstand voltage control console/control box:

1. Connect the leads according to the wiring schematic and reliably ground the transformer and control boxThe grounding terminal of the control box must be connected to the grounding terminal of the transformer. Do not directly connect the grounding wire to prevent the control box from being grounded and the transformer from not being properly grounded.
2. Before the experiment, check whether the wiring of each part is in good contact and inspect the control boxIs the input voltage 220VAC

3Turn on the power switch,Connect the power supply,The display screen shows the main menu as shown in Figure 2,

(1) Number: As an identifier for testing printing, saving and querying;

(2) Testing time: Set according to actual testing

(3) Step up ratio: can be changed according to the external transformer. The ratio is instrument voltage: output voltage,

If the instrument voltage is 100V, the output voltage is 100KV, and the transformation ratio is set to 1:1000;

(4) Protection current: Low voltage currentZHigh value, testing will stop when reached;

(5) High voltage current: the maximum value of the output current Z at the high voltage end of the transformer;

(6) Set voltage: This is the test voltage.

(7) Voltage type: DC, AC optional, default AC.

(8) Query Data: Retrieve saved test data.

(9) Manufacturer settings: password protected, used by manufacturer personnel to debug voltage and current.

(10) Start: Start experiment button.

(11) Voltage regulation speed setting: 5 selectable levels: 0.5K V/S, 1.0K V/S, 2.0K V/S, 3.0KV/S, 5.0KV/S;

4After setting the parameters, touch the start button and confirm again to start the test. During the test, pressing the emergency stop button will stop the test and the AC contactor will trip to cut off the power.

5. After the experiment is completed, the voltageautomaticallyReduce to zero position, and thenDisconnect the AC contactorAt this point, you can choose to print the test results or return to the main menu. If neededUnscrew the test leadPlease turn off the power.

6. If high voltage current needs to be tested, please do not ground the high voltage end of the test sample, connect it to the test sample end on the right side of the instrument Z, and ground the control box.
