According to DIN-ISO1219, HYDAC high-pressure ball valve is used to cut off the forward and reverse flow of working medium, and there are two different types:
-The valve block type KHB-DN04-25 hexagonal type KHM-DN32-50 ball valves have the following advantages:
-By controlling the indicator slot on the F-handle core shaft to observe the switch position - limiting the switch position through limit pins and limit pads - a support ring (DN04-50) is installed on the control core shaft seal and a support ring (DN32-50) is installed on the joint body seal
-No leakage, no need for manual re adjustment of seals - using floating ball sealing principle, double-sided sealing - full flow flow facilitates undamped flow of medium - easy to operate - surface phosphating or yellow zinc plating (applicable for DN04-25).
HYDA C high-pressure ball valves are available in stainless steel material.
The HYDAC handle can be found in the sample (reference number E). If needed, we can also provide any other model that covers almost all applications, such as low viscosity coefficient or gas media. If needed, we can provide a certificate of conformity for material testing in accordance with EN10204 and quality testing in accordance with DIN55350 Part 18.
1.2 Functional principle: Rotate the control core shaft to switch the ball from the open position to the closed position, and the system pressure pushes the ball towards the non pressure side of the sealing bowl to cut off the liquid flow without leakage.
