Overview

The HYDAC fixed flange ball valve KHM-G11/4-1112-02X $r $n is not designed as a flow control valve, so it is either fully open or fully closed to avoid damaging the seal. $r $n must meet the required pressure and temperature to ensure proper operation. The allowable working pressure of the threaded connection of the $r $n pipe must be considered. The nut and seal of the threaded pipe joint are not provided with the ball valve. The $r $n handle is provided with the ball valve but is not assembled.

According to DIN-ISO1219, HYDAC high-pressure ball valve is used to cut off the forward and reverse flow of working medium, and there are two different types:
-Valve block type KHB-DN04-25
-Hexagonal KHM-DN32-50
These ball valves have the following advantages:
-Observe the switch position by controlling the indicator slot on the F-handle core shaft
-Limit the switch position through limit pins and limit pads - a support ring is installed on the control core shaft seal
(DN04-50) and a support ring (DN32-50) installed on the joint body seal
-No leakage, no need to manually readjust seals - using floating ball sealing principle, double-sided sealing
-Full flow facilitates the undamped flow of the medium - easy to operate
-Surface phosphating or yellow zinc plating (applicable for DN04-25).

Rotate the control core shaft to switch the ball from the open position to the closed position, and the system pressure pushes the ball towards the non pressure side of the sealing bowl to cut off without leakage
