Design Brief

1. The entire box adopts an integral structure, divided into three parts: upper, lower, and right. The upper part is the working room, the lower part is the mechanical room, and the right side is the electrical control cabinet.

2. The inner side of the box is made of imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is treated with A3 steel plate spray coating.

3. The box door is equipped with an observation window, which can directly observe the working status in the rain.

4. The door seal adopts silicone rubber sealing material.

5. The swing tube is made of stainless steel tube with a radius of 400mm, and several nozzles are evenly distributed every 50mm along the entire circumference.

6. The swing tube drive device uses a stepper motor to adjust the swing speed and angle of the swing tube, which can be directly set in the human-machine interface.

7. Rotating worktable: The tabletop is made of PVC hard board (corrosion-resistant), which is driven by a motor to reduce the speed of the worm gear. The speed is adjusted to the appropriate speed using a frequency converter, and the speed can be directly set in the human-machine interface.

8. The nozzle is a detachable nozzle made of copper and specially processed. The spray direction of each nozzle can be adjusted (within 45 °). The nozzle adjusted later can be adjusted to a plane facing the same center point.
