1、 Product Overview:
JT-GF1000Photovoltaic power station environmental monitoring system, is a system product specially launched by Jinzhou Jintai IoT Technology Co., Ltd. to measure radiation and environmental parameters closely related to solar energy resource development, in response to the testing standards requirements of the upcoming "Renewable Energy Law" and "Solar Energy Resource Evaluation Specification for Photovoltaic Grid connected Power Stations", combined with the actual needs of the majority of solar photovoltaic power generation construction units. This system can not only measure typical solar radiation elements (total radiation, direct radiation, scattered radiation, reflected radiation, sunshine hours, etc.) in real time, reliably, and with high precision, but also select and measure relevant meteorological elements (atmospheric temperature, relative humidity, wind direction, wind speed, air pressure, component temperature, etc.), and can increase the detection of parameters such as component open circuit voltage and short-circuit current according to special requirements. This plays a very important role in the research and development of solar radiation by new energy units, product quality control, optimization of installation locations, maximization of investment returns, and prediction of solar energy output under different weather conditions. Simultaneously utilizing high-precision and multi parameter radiation measurements is also beneficial for studying the radiation balance and climate change of the Earth, which can correct the transmission theory, climate change, and trends of solar radiation in the atmosphere. It can be widely applied in scientific research fields such as environmental protection, meteorology, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, solar energy, wind energy, electricity, and construction.

1) Total radiation meter: The sum of direct and scattered solar radiation received on a horizontal surface within a 2 π solid angle is called total radiation (shortwave). Total radiation is a fundamental component of radiation observation. Total radiation is measured using a total radiation meter (also known as a sky radiation meter).

2) Solar automatic tracking direct radiometer
The product is independently developed and produced by Wannuo IoT. The whole machine consists of a fully automatic two-dimensional tracking system and a direct radiation meter, which are used to automatically track and measure the direct solar radiation in the spectral range of 280nm-3000nm. The fully automatic two-dimensional tracking system adopts accurate trajectory algorithms and microcomputer control technology, which can freely rotate and track the sun within a certain horizontal and vertical angle, without being affected by rainy weather or requiring manual intervention. This product is a new upgraded version of the TBS-2 direct solar radiation meter (one-dimensional tracking). The direct radiation meter used in conjunction with the fully automatic tracking system can accurately measure solar radiation, and can be widely used in scientific research units and fields such as solar photovoltaic power stations, solar thermal utilization, meteorological environment, agriculture and forestry, building energy conservation, and new energy research.

Photovoltaic power station environmental monitoring systemIt consists of tracking driver, precision motor, microprocessor, base stand, power adapter, direct radiation metering tube, solar tracking sensor and other units. The fully automatic tracking system adopts a two-dimensional tracking driving method, utilizing automatic tracking technologies such as light balance sensors and longitudinal and transverse drive microelectronics control technology, combined with trajectory algorithms and light spot effects to automatically adjust, driving the tracking system to track the sun's movement in real time, so that the direct radiation surface tube is perpendicular to the angle of sunlight irradiation, thereby achieving the effect of radiation sensing surface * reception. The direct radiation metering tube consists of an installation base, quartz glass sheet, light barrier, inner tube, thermopile induction surface, desiccant, signal output interface, etc. The solar sensing module adopts a wire wound electroplated multi node thermoelectric stack, and its surface is coated with a low reflection, high absorption 3M black matte coating. The hot node is on the sensing surface, and the cold node is inside the body. The temperature difference potential generated within a linear range is proportional to the direct radiation intensity of the sun, and can output voltage or standard current loop signals, which is convenient for the SOLAR-1 solar radiation measuring instrument to collect and process signals. The direct radiation meter can only accurately measure the direct solar radiation under the precise tracking of the fully automatic tracking system.
