1、 The application of photo oxygen plasma integrated machine is also quite extensive, mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, paper industry, rubber tire or rubber seal production workshop, spice production industry, printing industry, garbage disposal, leather industry, feed mill, pesticide production plant and other industries for the treatment of sexual gases, odors and peculiar smells. 2、 The photo oxygen plasma integrated machine is mainly a combination of two devices, namely the photo oxygen catalytic exhaust gas purification device and the plasma exhaust gas purifier. It mainly combines the advantages of these two devices and uses plasma decomposition technology and UV photo oxygen catalytic technology to synergistically purify industrial waste gas. The plasma photo oxygen integrated machine has strong efficiency, low operating costs, small footprint, and the advantage of mechanical action.
3、 The operating mechanism of the plasma zone of the equipment: When the exhaust gas enters the equipment purified by the plasma photolysis machine, it first undergoes a plasma chemical reaction process, that is, electrons first obtain energy from the electric field, and transfer the energy to molecules or atoms through excitation or ionization. The molecules or atoms that obtain energy are excited, and at the same time, some molecules are ionized, thus becoming active groups; Afterwards, these active groups collide with molecules or atoms, as well as with each other, to generate stable products and heat. Under the action of an external electric field, a large number of energy carrying electrons generated by dielectric discharge bombard pollutant molecules, causing them to ionize, dissociate, and excite. This then triggers a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, transforming complex macromolecular pollutants into simple small molecule stable substances, or transforming polluted and toxic substances into non-toxic or low toxicity substances, thereby enabling pollutants to be decomposed and removed
