1、 The structure and purpose of centrifugal fans:

This centrifugal fan is mainly composed of components such as couplings, bearing housings, casings, impellers, shafts, collectors, exhaust ports, pulleys, and bases.

Centrifugal ventilation fan belongs to a type of turbomachinery, mainly used in various fields such as environment, energy, aviation, etc. It is one of the main energy consuming equipment in industrial and agricultural production. Centrifugal ventilation fan is one of the four major components in dust removal and ventilation systems. It is a relatively operating machinery that relies on the rotation of the impeller to create negative pressure inside the fan, which sucks in external gas and discharges it through the impeller flow channel and volute.

2、 After the installation of the centrifugal fan, it can only be started and operated when its equipment is normal. In order to ensure the normal operation of the fan meets the requirements, prevent accidents, and extend the service life of the equipment. In addition, the following issues should be noted:

a、 Check the operation of the fan at any time. If any abnormal phenomena are found, the cause should be promptly identified and the machine should be shut down for maintenance.

b、 The rotation direction of the fan should be consistent with the rotation direction indicated on the fan nameplate.

c、 Install a regulating valve on the inlet duct of the fan. Before driving, turn it off, wait for the fan to start running, then slowly turn it on until it reaches the specified working condition, and check the motor current.

d、 A management system must be established, safety operating procedures must be formulated, and equipment maintenance rules must be established. The daily maintenance of ventilation fans should be carried out by a dedicated person, and daily maintenance records should be kept.

e、 The lubricating oil used in the fan should be replaced regularly, especially after each disassembly and repair.

f、 Observe the temperature rise and lubrication condition of the bearings at any time, and keep the oil window clean and transparent.

g、 Regularly remove dust, dirt, and other impurities inside the fan and pipeline according to the specific usage situation, and prevent rusting.
