Lubrication of the machine
The spindle needs to be lubricated regularly, ZG-2， Just open the front and rear bearing covers (change the oil every 3 months).

Installation and debugging of the machine
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed steadily and fixed with foot screws.
2. Before testing, the interior of the machine should be cleaned and the front cover should be locked with a star shaped handle.
3. After connecting the power supply, pay attention to the sequence and rotate the spindle in the direction shown.
4. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether there is any abnormal noise from the machine, in order to stop and check in a timely manner.
5. Install storage bags in the discharge hopper.

Operating procedures for the machine
1. The lubricating grease inside the bearing seat should be replaced regularly.
2. The temperature rise of the bearing seat shall not exceed 35 ℃
3. Do not dismantle electrical appliances and belt protective covers at will.
