washing and selecting
- The plums are first cleaned in a bubble cleaner. Then, the fruit is lifted to the next process and undergoes spray cleaning on the lifting machine.
- Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged through our special design.
- To ensure the quality of the final product, rotten and unripe fruits need to be discarded. The fruit picker rotates the fruits slowly, providing workers with a 360 degree view to inspect the materials. This machine is equipped with a waste conveying system to directly transport waste to the designated location.
Core crushing and pulping
- The coreless crusher designed by Shanghai Chengxun is suitable for processing hard core fruits such as peaches, plums, apricots, mangoes, etc. A fresh fruit processing capacity of 1-5 tons/hour can be designed as needed. The processed material separates the pulp and skin residue, resulting in dry and low loss of skin residue.
- This machine can be equipped with a frequency conversion speed control device and a nitrogen device to protect the product from oxidation.
- The speed of the dual channel beater can reach 1470 r/min, with high centrifugal force, which is beneficial for increasing juice production. The equipment has undergone dynamic balance testing and is characterized by low noise and smooth operation.

- This system adopts steam uniform heating for heating, and the material liquid is evaporated by liquid film flow, with high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time.
Tube sterilization and aseptic filling
- According to the specific requirements of the corresponding materials, UHT sterilization or pasteurization is carried out through a tube in tube heat exchanger.
- After sterilization, sterile filling machines can be used to fill sterile bags, and any type of cold and hot filling machine can be used to fill glass PET、 Can, bag, etc.
