II Working principle of papermaking sludge dewatering equipment:
1. Gravity dehydration zone
The pulp is pumped into the pulp storage and mixing tank, where it is evenly mixed. Then, it flows into the dewatering machine's pulp distribution tank through gravity flow, ensuring that the pulp is evenly distributed on the filter cloth in the gravity dewatering zone.
The function of the gravity concentration and dewatering zone is to discharge most of the free water in the pulp through the mesh holes of the filter cloth by gravity, in order to increase the pulp concentration, stabilize the pulp properties, and facilitate subsequent pressing and dewatering operations.
2. Pressure dehydration zone
After the pulp enters the pressure dewatering zone from the strategic dewatering zone, the upper and lower filter cloths gradually pressurize and squeeze the pulp for dewatering.
3. Pressurized dehydration zone
The pulp moves into the pressurized dewatering zone with the filter cloth, and with the shear force generated by the change of the upper and lower positions of the filter cloth between different rollers, the moisture in the pulp is squeezed out again to produce drier pulp.
