PSS NovemaTM column: used for GPC analysis of water-soluble polymers (including cationic polymers)
PSS NovemaTM Column: Used for water-soluble polymers(Including cationic polymers)The GPCanalysis
Scope of application
l Analysis of cationic polymers, anionic polymers, and neutral polymers in aqueous phase
l Quaternary ammonium polymers in the paper industry, flotation methods in the mining industry, flocculants in the leather and wastewater purification industries (FePO)4Coagulants, quaternary ammonium flotation agents such as DADMAC, and polyvinylpyridine in acidic mobile phase.
l Yin polymer, sulfonated polystyrene, sulfonated lignin, poly (methyl methacrylate), carboxylic acid modified polysaccharides.
l Proteins, enzymes, gelatin, etc
l Neutral polymers: polysaccharides, polyethylene oxide, polyethylene glycol, water-soluble starch and its derivatives.
l Can be applied to mixed systems of aqueous phase, water and acetonitrile, methanol or trifluoroacetic acid, or buffered aqueous solutions.
Not applicable scope
Avoid dry GPC bed and buffer precipitation on the column, which may cause a decrease in column performance. Do not let the column temperature drop below the freezing point of the mobile phase.
Key Features
l Durability: PPS NovemaTMThe column is made of very stable materials, with no measurable performance degradation under * use.
l Stability: The small hole column can withstand a pressure of up to 150 bar, while the large hole column can withstand a pressure of 45 bar, and can withstand temperatures from room temperature to 80 ° C0C is used (to avoid boiling of the mobile phase inside the column) and is stable between pH 1.5-12.
NovemaTMColumn is a universal material designed specifically for the analysis of cationic polymers in aqueous phase, and can also be used for the analysis of anionic polymers and neutral polymers in aqueous phase. There are four types of columns: analytical column, preparation column, micro meridian column, and high-speed column, with a particle size of 10 μ m.
