l Neutral water-soluble polymers: sugars, starch and its glucan derivatives, branched starch, cellulose, modified cellulose
l Anionic water-soluble polymers: polyacrylic acid, poly (methyl methacrylate), poly (sulfonated styrene), carboxymethyl cellulose, polyaspartic acid, hyaluronic acid, heparin, lignin, sulfonated lignin, humus (buffer solution without organic modifiers)
Special reminder: Not applicable to ammonium compounds and cationic polymers!

PSS MCXTMCharacteristics of columns
l Multipurpose: Suitable for buffering aqueous solutions and/or water/organic mixed systems. PSS MCXTMWhen used for water-based GPC analysis, there is no need to add organic modifiers (such as for analyzing lignin, humus, aromatic sulfonic acids). PSS MCXTMColumns can be used for GPC or HPLC according to different operating conditions. Neutral or alkaline conditions are typical for GPC separation, while low concentration strong acid environments are typical for HPLC separation, such as separating carboxylic acids in nutritional technology.
l Chemical stability: PSS MCXTMThe column is stable to any pH value and buffer solution. When a large amount of organic modifiers such as methanol or acetonitrile are added, it also has good performance. Even after use in high pH environments (such as in the wood and paper industries), it still maintains good column performance.

Durability: It has a longer service life than similar products on the market. in80and1.0ml/minUnder the operating conditions of flow rate, the column performance can still be maintained. in0.5ml/minUsing at flow rate can achieve better resolution.
