This machine consists of a body, a feeding hopper, a crushing chamber, a spindle, a hammer head, a hammer core clamp plate, a sieve plate, and other components. The electric motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a triangular pulley, and the hammer head runs according to the adjusted trajectory to crush the materials in the crushing chamber.

This machine is supplied as an assembled unit. Users should inspect the product upon receipt to eliminate any potential malfunctions that may occur during transportation.

（1）Due to the high vibration during operation, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation to reduce vibration, noise, and absorb vibration, in order to prevent the vibration generated by the machine from affecting the foundation of the building; It is recommended to place hardwood pads, rubber bands, or vibration damping materials between the equipment and the concrete foundation.
