Wastewater treatment is generally divided into production wastewater treatment and domestic wastewater treatment. Ozone in wastewater treatment mainly has functions such as decolorization, COD reduction, sterilization, and removal of ammonia nitrogen. The demand for ozone is high, so oxygen source ozone generators are mostly used.

Production wastewater includes industrial wastewater, agricultural wastewater, and medical wastewater, while domestic wastewater refers to the wastewater generated in daily life, which is a complex mixture of various forms of inorganic and organic matter, including: ① floating and suspended solid particles of different sizes; ② Colloidal and gel like diffusers; ③ Pure solution. The water treatment ozone generator is mainly used in sewage treatment for functions such as decolorization, COD reduction, sterilization, and ammonia nitrogen removal.

Wastewater Treatment Ozone Generator Air Treatment System

Qualified air source indicators after treatment with freeze dryer, adsorption dryer, oil-water separator, air filter, and air storage tank:

a. Moisture content: The dew point of the gas source is required to be below -40 ℃;

b. Oil content: The required oil content is less than 0.01mg/M3 (21 ℃), and can be less than 0.003mg/M3 (21 ℃);

c. Impurity particle size: Impurity particles should be less than 1 μ m and can be less than 0.01 μ m;

d. Temperature: Generally, it is required that the temperature should not exceed 25 ℃;

e. Pressure: A certain pressure is required, generally above 0.1MPa, to ensure stable operation of the ozone generator and meet the needs of subsequent ozone gas transportation and dosing.

3.1 Air Compressor

The air compressor adopts the WW type oil-free air compressor, which has high exhaust efficiency, no need for lubricating oil, no oil in the air, low noise, and low operating costs.

3.2 Freeze drying machine

A freeze dryer is a device that cools and condenses compressed air under saturated conditions to remove water. Under normal working conditions, it can remove about 80% of the moisture in compressed air. The air source can reach an atmospheric dew point of about -40 ℃~-70 ℃, with a large amount of water removal and low energy consumption. It belongs to shallow water removal and requires suction and coordination to meet ozone discharge requirements.

The refrigerated dryer consists of a fluorine compressor, a pre cooler, an evaporator, a heat exchanger, and a condenser, effectively ensuring that the air outlet pipeline does not condense or drip during operation.

3.3 Air filter

Generally, a graded approach is adopted, including main pipeline filtration, oil removal filtration, dust removal filtration, etc., to ensure that the oil content of the gas source entering the adsorption dryer is less than 0.01mg/M3, and to ensure that the dust particle size of the gas source entering the ozone generator is less than 0.01 μ m.

3.4 Oil water separator

By installing a water separator, over 99% of liquid water can be removed. Your air compression system will operate more efficiently, with fewer shutdowns and reduced maintenance costs.

3.5 Gas storage tank

After installing an air compressor in the air storage tank, it can not only store compressed air, reduce pressure pulsation caused by discontinuous discharge of the compressor, achieve a balance between gas supply and consumption, but also lower the temperature of the compressed air and reduce the load on the filter and desiccant.

Sewage treatment ozone generator cooling water system

The heat generated by the ozone generator needs to be released, which is achieved through the cooling water flowing through the outer wall of the discharge body. The dual gap inertness used in any ozone generator is highly sensitive to chloride ion corrosion, especially when the chloride ion concentration is high. The ability to corrode is based on water temperature and pH value, with higher water temperature and lower pH value leading to faster corrosion.

*The water cooling technology ensures that the temperature of ozone production is relatively constant and not affected by changes in room temperature, solving the problem of seasonal variations in ozone production and ensuring stable production.

The cooling water source shall be provided by the user and meet the following conditions: cooling water pressure of 0.2Mpa, temperature<35 ℃, pH value of 6.5-8, chlorine content (average) ≤ 100mg/l, chlorine content (peak) 150mg/l, suspended solids ≤ 10mg/l. If the cold water temperature provided by the user does not meet the design requirements, a cooling water circulation system can be designed to meet the requirements of ozone operation.
