Precautions
1: Place the ozone generator in a ventilated and dry place, and there should be no corrosive gases or liquids present in the room.
2: If there is any leakage in the water pipe, please stop the machine immediately for inspection and restart it for use after it is normal
3: The stainless steel mixing pump can only work when filled with water

1: Place the ozone generator at a specific location in the water treatment process (stable, dry, well ventilated and cooled), at least 40 centimeters away from the wall; Check if the ozone silicone hose is properly connected to the machine's ozone output port, and connect the ozone silicone hose to the gas-liquid mixing pump inlet for easy ozone delivery.
2: The ozone generator must be above the water level to prevent water from flowing back into the interior of the ozone generator and causing component damage.Connect the water pipe to the outlet of the stainless steel soda water mixing tank Fill the water inlet pipe of the stainless steel gas-liquid mixing pump with water. (Please refer to the user manual of the gas-liquid mixing pump for details) Adjust the valve on the lower water pipe, and adjust the valve switch of the water pipe to ensure that the silicone tube does not deform, in order to ensure sufficient pressure and that the gas is sucked into the gas-liquid mixing pump and mixed with water.

3: Connect the power supply, the voltmeter displays the current voltage, turn on the air pump switch, the air pump indicator light is on, and the air pump and water pump start working. The ammeter displays the current, and there is gas output from the ozone output port.
4: Extend the time to turn on the ozone switch (depending on the current air humidity, the higher the humidity, the longer the time, usually 1-30 seconds). The ozone indicator light will turn on, and the machine will start working. The ozone silicone hose has ozone output,
5: This ozone generator has no timer. After disinfection is completed, the ozone generator needs to be manually turned off. First, turn off the gas control switch, then turn off the ozone switch, and finally unplug the power plug.
6: The outlet of the ozone mixing tank is connected to the process flow, but the water flow and pressure should be ensured to ensure continuous inhalation of ozone gas.
