Brief description of the composition of printing and dyeing wastewater

BOD: Between 200~800mg/L, this data is not only related to the raw materials, but also to the recycling of water in the production process. Using less water results in higher BOD, usually averaging between 300~500mg/L.

COD: between 800~1200mg/L, with an average of 1000mg/L. COD/BOD: The ratio of COD to BOD, the higher the value, the less likely the wastewater is to be biologically treated, and the lower the value, the more susceptible it is to biodegradation. Generally, the COD/BOD value of dyeing and finishing wastewater is adjusted between 1 and 5 to facilitate biological treatment.
