The CMI250 coating thickness gauge includes dual calibration by both the factory and the user, automatic temperature compensation, baseline calibration, measurement storage options, date and time self setting, statistical analysis, and USB computer connection. The CMI250 portable coating thickness gauge is suitable for various configurations and can measure non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates and non-magnetic coatings on steel substrates. Oxford's renowned eddy current/magnetic induction dual probe technology. CMI250 portable coating thickness gauge is a multifunctional instrument, which is based on the measurement results, date and time, statistical analysis, etc. of coating thickness. After storage, it can be sent to your computer through a connecting cable. Advanced measurement technology for coating thickness on steel and non-ferrous metal substrates with dual functional features: based on magnetic induction and eddy current technology, with statistical analysis function and USB computer interface. Eddy current technology is used to measure non-conductive coatings on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, or copper, including Teflon, enamel, epoxy resin, anodized film, powder coating, paint, etc. Magnetic induction technology is used to measure non-magnetic coatings on steel substrates, such as zinc, cadmium, paint, coatings, etc.
