The spray dryer of Anyan Instrument series is mainly suitable for universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises to produce micro particle powders. II Product Features:

1. 7Inch touch screen operation control, fully Chinese operation interface, PID constant temperature control for heating temperature, can directly set inlet temperature, air flow rate, automatic needle frequency, pump speed, realize data acquisition, process monitoring and control, adopt dual control mode of fully automatic control and manual control, and the entire experimental process is dynamically displayed on the color touch screen (animation).

2. The self-priming peristaltic pump enters the drying chamber from the container through the nozzle, and the compressed nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the outer casing to make the liquid particles. The heated nitrogen enters the drying chamber from the upper layer and meets the liquid particles after spray, and the articles begin to dry. The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas through the rotary air separator and enter the collection bottle. The air flow containing organic steam is cooled down in the heat exchanger, and then the solvent is condensed and recovered in the refrigeration device. The clean nitrogen enters the next cycle.

3. The spray dryer in the inert gas closed cycle laboratory will seal these toxic gases in the system and collect them in the next process, which can reduce environmental pollution and help environmental protection. To avoid the problem of toxic gas pollution in raw material production.

4. The explosion-proof closed laboratory spray dryer enables materials to circulate in the closed drying system, which can avoid the contact between organic solvent gas and external oxygen air, ensure safe production, and effectively solve the problem of flammable, explosive and difficult drying of organic solvent materials.

5. The materials are dried and transported in an antioxidant environment of a closed-loop circulation system, which serves the purpose of isolating them from oxygen and ensuring the quality of drying and production of easily oxidizable materials.

6. During the experiment, the spray head of Chuanyi Instrument is not eccentric when atomizing, and will not affect the recovery rate when spraying to the bottle wall when spray. The spray head can move up and down to change the atomization position, so as to improve the drying effect of spray; The spray head has very good adaptability to high viscosity materials, and the phenomenon of blocking the spray head rarely occurs.

7. Standard exhaust dust removal device reduces environmental pollution, effectively improves yield, and increases the yield of difficult to recycle materials.
