Overview

The online automatic monitoring instrument for ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) in water quality, after mixing the water sample with a masking agent, reacts with salicylic acid colorimetric reagent in an alkaline environment and in the presence of sensitizers in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the color change and converts it into ammonia nitrogen value for output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the amount of ammonia nitrogen.

1、 Measurement principle:
After mixing water samples with masking agents, ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions reacts with salicylic acid colorimetric reagent in an alkaline environment and in the presence of sensitizers to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the change in color and converts this change into ammonia nitrogen value for output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the amount of ammonia nitrogen.

Method basis: * spectrophotometric method HJ 536-2009.
2 Measurement range: 0-1000 mg/L (graded 0-10 mg/L); 0.1 -30 mg/L; 0.5 -100 mg/L; 10-1000 mg/L)。
Accuracy: ≤ 2.0mg/L: ± 0.2 mg/L; >2.0mg/L, Not exceeding ± 10%.
4 Repeatability: not exceeding 5%.
5 measurement cycles: The small measurement cycle is 35 minutes, based on the actual water sample.
6 sampling periods: time interval (adjustable from 10 min to 9999 min) and whole point measurement mode.
Calibration cycle: (1~99) days, adjustable at any interval and any time.
8 Maintenance cycle: Generally once a month, about 30 minutes each time.
9. Reagent consumption: less than 0.5 yuan/sample.
10 outputs: 1 RS-232, 1 RS485, 2 4mA to 20mA.
11 Environmental requirements: For indoor environments with adjustable temperature, it is recommended to have a temperature range of+5 ℃ to 28 ℃; Humidity ≤ 90% RH (non condensing).
