It continuously transmits data on the types and concentrations of these substances to the detection center via the network 24 hours a day. Mainly used for continuous automatic monitoring of environmental air stations, sulfuric acid mist, locations of major pollution sources, as well as continuous automatic monitoring in production processes such as chip processing.

Principle:

By using an air cyclone or impact type cutter, the atmosphere and particulate matter in the atmosphere are selectively entered into the system according to their diameter size (PM1.0-PM10). After passing through the separation system of the atmosphere and particulate matter, the water-soluble atmospheric samples and particulate matter samples are continuously collected. After being processed by the pre-treatment system, the samples are sent to a three channel online ion chromatograph for continuous and automatic online analysis, and the real-time analysis data of anions, cations, and heavy metal ions are transmitted to the customer terminal.

Performance characteristics:

1. PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 particulate matter samplers with different particle sizes can be replaced.

2. Gas collection technology: Vertical wet flat plate or concentric circular tube diffusion dissolution device, with small particle loss and high sulfur dioxide gas absorption efficiency.

3. Dissolver: No need to replace consumables such as thin films and rotating mechanisms, easy maintenance and operation.

4. Particle collection technology: two-stage capture of particles through evaporation and inertial impact, with high particle recovery rate and the ability to collect water-soluble organic carbon.

5. Sample quantification system: Gas and aerosol samples are introduced into sample measuring tubes and detected by upper and lower fiber optic liquid level sensors, which can accurately quantify sample volume and be used for precise quantification by other analyzers, such as water-soluble carbon analyzers.

6. Sample reserved interface: It can be connected to an online water-soluble organic carbon automatic measurement system.

7. System blank experiment calibration device: It can clean the system pipeline and ensure that there is no gas or particulate matter residue.

8. Defoamer: The mechanical defoamer can effectively remove large bubbles from the sample, avoiding the phenomenon of large bubbles entering the ion chromatograph and causing it to malfunction, ensuring the continuity of measurement and the accuracy of data.

9. Split flow analysis method: Gas and aerosol are separated by anions and cations and collected and sent simultaneously, which can avoid sample cross contamination.

10. Full time data sampling: Four injection systems are configured for automatic sample injection, which can collect gases and aerosols at all times without losing any samples.

11. Long term fully automatic monitoring system: Sampling can run continuously for 6 months without changing the membrane during operation, achieving online automatic monitoring.

12. Suitable for monitoring in various environments: particulate matter condensation sampling equipment with forced cooling device, can be operated in environments without air conditioning.

13. Research diversity and scalability: The preprocessor can be used alone or in combination with IC, HPLC, ICP, TOC to meet the needs of analyzing project diversity and research.

15. Remote monitoring: Equipped with an industrial computer IPC that can run continuously, the equipment can be remotely monitored through a LAN interface, and the instrument automatically generates monitoring reports every hour.

16. Monitoring data database system: Monitoring data can be selected from single or multiple species to display historical data queries and pollution event trend curves at a glance.

17. SMS alarm device: The instrument continuously monitors the sampling flow rate, temperature, and sample volume for 24 hours. When abnormal conditions occur, the system will actively issue SMS notifications to relevant personnel through a microcomputer or mobile terminal.

18. Internal standard verification system: Each sample is continuously quantitatively injected with internal standard standards to verify the recovery rate of the internal standard and accurately quantify the sample volume, in order to confirm the normal and stable analysis status of the ion chromatograph.

19. Internal standard recovery rate test: reproducibility of internal standard verification, recovery rate of internal standard standard samples.

20. Internal scalar elastic adjustment: The internal annotation amount can be adjusted according to the degree of haze to avoid exceeding the detection limit.

21. Ion chromatography can be used independently: other experimental designs and analyses can be conducted according to different research purposes.

All ion chromatography machines of Qingdao Puren Instrument Co., Ltd. are equipped with a constant temperature system (No. ZL2008 2 0019630.3) that integrates the column and pool. The instrument has high sensitivity, low noise, and stable performance. That is, the chromatography column, conductivity cell, and flow path share the same temperature control system, which has high temperature control accuracy in the same insulation box. This system can effectively avoid the impact of temperature difference caused by separate temperature control of the conductivity cell and chromatographic column on the baseline. And the entire flow system has short pipelines, small dead volume, and low peak diffusion.

In the long-term production process, Puren gradually found the temperature control. No matter what type of pillar is used, its usage status can be guaranteed. Users do not need to specifically set the temperature, effectively avoiding losses caused by improper operations.

Application Cases:

The onboard aerosol ion composition online analysis system, built with PIC Online ion chromatography as the core, was operated on the Xuelong Antarctic research vessel from November 2015 to April 2016. The MSA and sulfate data obtained on site were comparable to those in the Southern Ocean, and the concentration levels were consistent.
