ORINTEX's paint color matching system is specifically designed for use in the paint industry. This system has the characteristics of fast color matching, reasonable formula, cost reduction, and scientific management, and is an important tool for paint production enterprises; The color matching software can be directly connected to the mixing system or transmit data and formulas to the mixing system control software, achieving integrated management of color matching and automatic mixing; This system is an open system that does not restrict customers from using colorants and provides accurate color matching results; The software system can be connected to different models of spectrophotometers. The main functions of ORINTEX paint color matching system are:
1. Raw material and database management functions
-Record the optical properties of the pigments currently used in production and automatically evaluate the differences between different batches of pigments;

2. Automatic calculation and optimization function of formula

-The color matching process can automatically consider possible color deviation caused by changes in raw materials such as resin and titanium dioxide.
-Color matching can be calculated using a fixed amount of one pigment or a fixed ratio of two pigments;
-Calculate the dosage of different batches and qualities of titanium dioxide in the formula separately;
-The residual color paste mixture can be quickly measured and added to the new formula in a timely manner to avoid any waste;
