The materials are transported by a bucket elevator to the cleaning and stone removal machine for impurity removal. After cleaning, the rice enters another bucket elevator hopper and is then lifted into the rice huller to remove the rice husks, becoming brown rice. The brown rice then enters the polishing and milling machine for polishing and whitening, reaching the required accuracy before flowing out of the machine and into the rice crushing screen to screen out the broken rice.

1. Before the brown rice enters the hopper, it should be checked for any metal objects and stones to avoid damaging the grinding wheel.

2. After whitening, the front rotating block should be pulled out to clean the remaining rice candy in the whitening chamber to avoid affecting the accuracy of the sample.

3. The precision of whitening needs to be determined by the variety of brown rice to determine the number of samples and whitening time. For low precision samples, the appropriate quantity is 17-18g, and the whitening time is slightly shorter. The appropriate quantity for high-precision samples is 20g, and the whitening time is slightly longer.

4. When the machine is used for a long time and grinds high moisture brown rice, the rice bran adheres to the grinding wheel and affects the whiteness, the grinding wheel can be removed with a wrench, the bran powder can be brushed off with a wire brush, and the machine can be reinstalled as it is to continue to be used.
