1. Make a hole in the cover of the mixer, Ø 108 or Ø 102 or Ø 89, and weld the randomly brought feed tee connector onto the hole.

2. Lock the feed three universal quick release clamp onto the mixer cover.

3. Connect the vacuum tube connector on the feeding tee to the feeding connector on the dust collection cylinder of the automatic feeding machine of the mixer using a hose as shown in the takeover process diagram; Use a hose to connect the suction tube on the feeding tee to the stainless steel suction tube.

4. Start the vacuum pump and check that the suction inlet of the stainless steel suction tube is negative pressure air. If the suction tube is vented, the motor will reverse and the power wiring sequence should be changed until the vacuum pump rotates correctly.

5. Start the vacuum pump, insert the suction tube into the material box, and then start feeding. Observe the feeding situation. If there is difficulty in feeding, insert one-third of the inlet slope of the suction tube into the material to be fed, and expose one-third to the air to solve the problem.

6. There is a filter bag in the dust collection cylinder of the feeding machine. In order to prevent the bag from clogging, it is required to manually tap the bag frequently or install a bag tapping device separately. The feeding program of the mixer is: feeding - stop (tapping and cleaning) - feeding, repeated cycle automatically completed. And the feeding time and stopping time can be adjusted. Control the feeding time at the factory or require the installation of a time controller.

7. After the feeding is completed, remove the feeding tee and lock the sealing cover on the joint to mix the materials.

8. If there is a situation where the material cannot be loaded during use, there are generally three situations:

(1) The motor is running in the wrong direction, and the phase sequence of the power supply wiring should be swapped.

(2) If there is air leakage at the mixer or connection, it should be carefully inspected.

(3) The cloth bag is severely clogged and should be replaced or cleaned.
