The non-contact sensor system consists of two GMR sensors (sine/cosine), both of which are fixed in a packaged sensor unit. The sensor unit detects the rotation of the induction gear and simultaneously outputs sine/cosine signals to the amplifier unit for subsequent processing.

The amplifier circuit digitizes and enhances the sensor signal, and multiplies it through adjustable high-resolution interpolation coefficients. The square wave signal is bidirectional and can be further processed by instruments, PLCs, industrial computers, etc.
