Each airbag is equipped with a plastic switch valve or a metal switch valve. The plastic switch valve has two types: straight rod and lateral. The lateral switch valve is equipped with a needle sampling port, which can be directly sampled from the airbag using a sampler. Multiple switch valves can also be configured according to customer needs (such as a combination of 1 straight rod and 1 side rod, or 2 straight rods or 2 side rods, etc.) for convenient inflation and deflation replacement.

If containing ppm or ppb level active compounds, the sampling bag needs to be cleaned with high-purity air or high-purity nitrogen to reduce the influence of background. The sampling bag can also be placed in an oven and heated at 40 to 60 degrees Celsius to remove the influence of background.

； Straight rod switch valve airbag

1) The on-off valve is operated by the valve stem. When the valve stem rotates clockwise to the end, it is closed, and when it rotates counterclockwise to the end, it is open; The on-off valve can only be fully opened or fully closed, and cannot adjust the flow rate;

2) Replace the gas bag with sample gas or inert gas before use;

3) The inflation pressure should not exceed 3000pa; visually observe that the airbag is fully inflated, but it is not very tight when pressed with fingers.

4) Operating temperature: -30 ℃ to+50 ℃;

5) When storing and using, keep away from open flames and high temperatures; Do not touch hard objects to avoid puncturing the membrane material;

6) Various interfaces, instruments, equipment, and devices should be connected using corresponding soft rubber hoses for transition;

7) When using the dual opening and closing valve, one in and one out can be used for easy cleaning of the airbag;

8) Collect or store corrosive gases, it is recommended to choose full plastic switch valve airbags.
