OPTIZEN NanoQ Lite is a small and stylish sample analysis device with a simple and convenient user interface. By applying the optical path technology Slope Algorithm, a wide range of absorbance can be measured. By using three LEDs (260 nm, 280 nm, 600 nm) and a single Silicon Photodiode, the necessary functionality and performance are maintained while greatly reducing product costs. Additionally, the Baseline Correction function can be performed by adding an additional LED (360 nm). Target elements: double stranded deoxyribonucleic acid, single stranded deoxyribonucleic acid, ribonucleic acid, protein, bovine serum albumin, immunoglobulin, OD (absorbance) 600. It can automatically determine the concentration range of the sample as high concentration, medium concentration, or low concentration.
