One Scope of Application

II Performance Characteristics

4. Adopting new processes such as rolling edges to ensure good overall integrity of the shell, reliable sealing, waterproof and dustproof.

5. It has good electromagnetic compatibility and will not cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding environment.

6. The overall heat dissipation of the lighting fixtures is good, which can reduce the probability of malfunctions.

4、 Usage method

1. According to the on-site environment and lighting needs, determine the installation and method of the lamps and fix them. Prepare a 7-10mm three core cable according to the length of the lamp to the 220V power contact.

2. Unscrew the fixing screws of the ballast back cover, open the back cover, and then loosen the clamping nut of the ballast cable inlet. Thread one end of the cable through the clamping nut and introduce it into the input terminal socket of the control circuit board. Connect and fix the L, N, and ground wires of the cable to the corresponding terminal sockets. Tighten the cable clamping nut and secure the back cover of the ballast with screws.

3. Install and fix the lamp and ballast box with 8mm expansion bolts at the selected installation position. The ballast can be installed within 50 meters of the lamp installation position.

When replacing the light bulb, first loosen the three butterfly nuts in the middle of the lamp head, then pull the tail of the lamp head upwards with force to open the lamp head, unscrew the broken light bulb and replace it with a new one, and then restore the lamp head in reverse order.

Warning: When disassembling, repairing lighting fixtures, or replacing light bulbs, the power must be cut off first.

5、 Precautions

1. Keep the lamp body and ballast housing clean to ensure good heat dissipation performance of the lamp.

2. Non professionals are not allowed to dismantle lighting fixtures and ballasts at will.

3. The lighting fixtures must be reliably grounded.

During operation, the power supply voltage should be within 220V 10% to ensure the service life of the ballast.
