4 Instructions for use

According to the actual needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lighting fixtures and ballast boxes, and then prepare corresponding lengths of 8-14mm three core cables based on the distance from the ballast box to the 220V power supply contact.

Open the end cover of the ballast box, loosen the compression nut of the cable entry port of the ballast box, thread the lamp cable and power cable through the compression nut into the internal wiring terminal of the ballast box, connect the cables according to the markings inside the box, tighten the cable compression nut, and cover the ballast box cover.

Connect the other end of the input cable of the ballast box to a 220V power supply according to explosion-proof requirements for lighting.

Loosen the screws at the bottom of the lamp holder bracket to adjust the lighting direction by rotating the bracket 360 degrees left and right; Loosen the screws on the side of the lamp holder bracket to adjust the lamp holder up and down to select the lighting angle, and then tighten and fix the screws.

When replacing the light bulb, use an M8 hex wrench to loosen the three connecting bolts between the rear and front shells, and use even force to unscrew the rear shell. Uneven force can easily cause the rear shell to get stuck. After replacing the new bulb, pay attention to evenly inserting the rear shell into the front shell and slowly pushing it in.

Five Precautions

1. When replacing light bulbs or wiping glass, the power supply of the lamp must be cut off and wait for the lamp to cool down before proceeding.

2. When in use, there is a certain temperature rise on the surface of the lamp, which is a normal phenomenon; The center temperature of the transparent component is high and should not be touched.

3. It is normal for the light bulb to fail to start immediately after cutting off the lamp during use; Wait for the light bulb to cool down for 15-20 minutes and then restart it to ensure normal lighting; Hot start should be avoided as much as possible to prevent damage to the light bulb.

Warning: 1. It is strictly prohibited to open the lid with electricity on;

2. Before replacing the light bulb and disassembling the lamp, the power must be cut off.
