3. After using the grinder for a period of time, it should be inspected and repaired, and vulnerable parts such as the grinding disc should be replaced. The machine body, grinding ring, grinding roller, grinding ring, shovel, bearings and other places should be thoroughly inspected.
2. Check the screws in each part: Loose screws can easily cause equipment damage. However, due to prolonged operation of the machine, screws in various parts of the body are prone to loosening and falling off. To ensure the safety of the machine, we need to conduct comprehensive inspections of the screws of the grinding machine from time to time.
3. Keep daily records of faults: We need to record the faults that occur in the grinding machine during normal times, and pay attention to whether the same problem has occurred during each inspection, so as to avoid major problems with the machine body.
4. Shutdown according to the prescribed procedure: The shutdown procedure is very important as it directly affects the lifespan and safety of the device. When shutting down, we need to first stop feeding and let the main machine continue to work, allowing the residual abrasive to continue grinding. After about one minute, we can then turn off the main machine motor and analyzer motor, stop grinding work, and then stop the fan motor to blow away the residual powder.
5. Regular maintenance and upkeep: We need to regularly lubricate the main shaft, grinding roller shaft, reducer, analyzer and other components. We need to choose lubricants according to the instructions, and also regularly replace necessary and vulnerable parts according to the instructions.
