NA-1 Mud Sand Content Tester

Purpose: The NA-1 mud sand content tester is suitable for measuring the sand content of mud in well sites or laboratories. It is determined by the change in volume of mud filtered through a sieve, expressed as a percentage.

Technical Indicators:

1. Filter specification: 200 mesh

2. Sand content scale: 0.5% per small grid from 0% to 15%, 1% per small grid from 15% to 30%

1006 Mud Viscometer

Purpose: The 1006 mud viscometer is suitable for measuring the viscosity of mud in well sites and laboratories. It is calculated in seconds based on the time required for 500mm3 of mud to flow out of the viscometer.

Technical indicators:

1. The diameter of the outflow pipe hole is 5mm and the length is 100mm

2. Water value 15 ± 0.5s

3. One end of the sandwich measuring cup has a capacity of 500ml, while the other end has a capacity of 200ml

4. All instruments, including accessories and mud tanks, weigh a total of 2.5kg

NB-1 mud specific gravity meter

Purpose: NB-1 mud specific gravity meter is used to measure the weight of mud in wellsites or laboratories, with the unit of g/mm3.

1. Measurement range: 0.96-3g/cm3

2. Measurement accuracy: 0.01g/cm3;

3. Mud cup capacity: 140cm3
