The constant temperature and humidity curing box is heated and cooled by the heating and cooling systems, and controlled by a temperature controller.
1. When the temperature is below the lower limit temperature of 20 ℃, the relay of the temperature controller starts working. When the temperature inside the box is above 20 ℃, the relay loses power and the electric heater stops heating. Maintain a constant temperature of 20 ℃ inside the box. When the temperature inside the box is above 20 ℃, the refrigeration system starts working. When the temperature inside the box is below 20 ℃, the refrigeration system stops working. Keep the temperature inside the box at 20 ± 1 ℃. Repeat this process continuously. Achieve cement style curing work.
2. The temperature controller adopts ultrasonic acceleration humidifier for humidification. When the temperature inside the box cannot reach the required controlled humidity, the humidifier will humidify from west to east inside the box and automatically stop to ensure that the humidity inside the box is ≥ 95%.

The YH-90B constant temperature and humidity curing box can meet the requirements of GB/T17671-1999 standard. According to the user's requirements, in order to facilitate the curing of cement and concrete specimens to meet the standards. Our factory has specially manufactured a new type of 90B constant temperature and humidity curing box to meet the needs of customers with large test specimens. The box has ultrasonic humidification function and the inner liner is made of stainless steel.

1. Temperature setting: Press and hold the "Temperature Setting" button until the temperature window flashes. Release the "Temperature Setting" button, and the number flashing in the temperature window is the temperature setting value. Use the "↑" and "↓" keys to modify the temperature setting value. After reaching the specified value, press the "Temperature Setting" button again. The temperature window will stop flashing. Once the temperature setting is complete, the instrument will return to normal operation.
2. Humidity setting: Press and hold the "Humidity Setting" button until the humidity window flashes. Release the "Humidity Setting" button, and the number flashing in the humidity window is the humidity setting value. Use the "↑" and "↓" keys to modify the humidity setting value. After modifying to the specified value, press the "Humidity Setting" button again. The humidity window will stop flashing, indicating that the humidity setting is complete. The instrument will return to normal operation.
3. Humidity sensor: Press the "self-test" button to check the temperature. The humidity window will flash and display "C2". The temperature window will also flash and display the temperature of the humidity sensor. After about 10 seconds, the instrument will automatically return to normal working state, and all windows will stop flashing and return to normal working state. You can also press' self-test 'again to return the instrument to normal working condition.
4. Self check: Hold down the "Self check" button until the humidity window flashes and displays "C2". Continue holding down the "Self check" button for 6-9 seconds until a cursor turns in the display window. Release the Self check button. The instrument performs a self-test. After all displays are turned off and the instrument does not display for 6-10 seconds, it will display again and end the self-test. After self inspection, the instrument returns to factory settings.

Precautions for YH-90B Constant Temperature and Humidity Standard Curing Box:

1. This instrument must be firmly grounded.
2. Conduct a bonding test before work to avoid the risk of electrical leakage.
3. The refrigeration system must not be started frequently and must be restarted twice every 5 minutes to avoid burning out the compressor.
4. The instrument adopts a steam heater, and water needs to be added to the box before operation.
5. The standard curing box should be placed in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive indoor environment for use.
6. The working environment temperature of the instrument is 0-40 ℃.
7. Before the instrument starts working, it is necessary to add water to the dry and wet box, remove the box cover, use a water absorber to fill the water bubble with water, and regularly observe the water level.
