1.Randomly select the number of samples specified in section 2.2 and open them one by one. Take one bag from each item as the original sample, with a total weight of no less than 2 kg, place it in a clean container, seal it, label it, and promptly submit it to the laboratory.

If there are no small packages in each item, or if there are small packages but the weight of each bag exceeds 2 kg, a sterilized sharp knife can be used to cut at least 100 g of each item from the extracted package, mix it, and place it in a clean container as the original mixed sample. The weight of the mixed original sample shall not be less than 2 kg. After sealing, mark it and submit it to the laboratory in a timely manner.

Take about 1 kg from the original sample, thoroughly crush it with a grinder, mix well, and divide it into two parts. Place them in clean containers as samples, seal and label them.

Gas chromatograph detection method:

The residual propoxetine in the sample was extracted with methanol, and the extract was purified by liquid-liquid distribution with petroleum ether. The analyte in the aqueous phase is extracted with dichloromethane, dehydrated and concentrated, and then determined using a gas chromatograph equipped with a nitrogen and phosphorus detector, and quantified using an external standard method.

4. Reagents and materials

Analyze pure, water is distilled water.

Methanol: heavy distillation.

*Burn at 650 ℃ for 4 hours, cool and store in a sealed container for later use.

硫酸钠溶液：2％水溶液。

Petroleum ether: 60-90 ℃, heavy distillation.

Dichloromethane: Shake thoroughly with concentrated sulfuric acid and then distill again.
