The basic principle of the marble/granite/ceramic tile/floor tile/artificial stone polishing machine is: the stone is placed on a conveyor belt by manual or automated equipment, and the conveyor belt sends the stone into the shot blasting room. The centrifugal projectile steel shot is ejected onto the surface of the stone, and the processed stone is moved to the discharge area through the conveyor belt. Steel balls can be reused through recycling, sorting, and other procedures.
The centrifugal projectile is the core component of the equipment. The steel shot (A) enters the projectile inlet (C) through the volute valve (B), and the proportioner (D) accelerates the steel shot to a speed that matches the projectile wheel (E). The high-speed steel shot is guided by the guide sleeve (F) to the projectile blade (G) and projected onto the workpiece in the shot blasting chamber. The flow rate of the steel shot is controlled by a snail valve, and the ejection angle of the steel shot is determined by adjusting the opening (H) of the guide sleeve, while the ejection speed of the steel shot depends on the rotational speed of the ejection wheel.
After the workpiece leaves the shot blasting room, it directly enters the workpiece cleaning room. The steel shot and dust remaining on the workpiece are removed by the rotating brush and high-pressure blower, and are sent to the air separator through the rotating screw. The steel shot is separated from the dust and stone debris and re enters the recycling system, while the dust and stone residue are discharged into the dust collector.
A high-power fan not only provides sufficient airflow for the air selection machine, but also ensures that the working shot blasting chamber always maintains a relatively negative pressure state to prevent dust from escaping. After the system is filtered, the dust is discharged into the dust collector, while the air is discharged through the exhaust fan. If secondary dust removal is used, the air can be directly discharged into the workshop without causing any pollution. Installing a soundproof chamber near the shot blasting room can create a low dust, low-noise working environment.
