The design of the clarity meter adopts a light source system consisting of three color continuously adjustable fluorescent lamps and electronic ballasts as specified in the pharmacopoeia. The background of the working device adopts shading board, black background, detection whiteboard, etc., which improves visual detection resolution and reduces visual fatigue. The digital electronic illuminance meter is easy to use, stable and reliable, and the detection time can be set arbitrarily. It also has sound and light alarm functions.

The clarity detector is designed with a detection time limit device, which facilitates strict implementation of the time limit requirements in the standard and avoids errors caused by checking the time limit.

Do not place the clarity meter in damp, windy, sunny, or rainy places. Before using the instrument, please check the power cord and plug, and use a brush to clean the inner wall of the light box. The clarity detector and environment should be kept clean regularly. Conduct maintenance checks on the instrument once a month and fill out maintenance records.

Using clear fluorescent tubes, the tubes are made of tricolor fluorescent powder. The spectral characteristics of the tubes are good, and the light color is close to natural light. Moreover, one tube can achieve an illumination of 400LX. The light source structure adopts a new design to scientifically and accurately adjust the illumination within the range of 1000-4000LX according to pharmacopoeia standards.

The clarity meter itself comes with a simple illuminance meter that can adjust the illuminance of the light source at any time, avoiding the drawbacks of long-term inability to measure the illuminance of the light source and factors such as prolonged use of fluorescent tubes and reduced brightness that affect the measurement results.

Cleaning of YB-2A Clarity Meter:

1. After each use, the instrument should be cleaned immediately, labeled, and a usage record should be filled out in a timely manner.

2. After each use, wipe the surface of the instrument with a soft cloth, visually inspect for any residue of cleaning agent, and then dry it with a cleaning cloth. Then use gauze dipped in 75% ethanol to wipe the surface of the equipment.

3. The inner wall of the lightbox must be cleaned with a brush.

4. The equipment should be bright, clean, and free of stains

Maintenance of Clarity Meter:

1. The lamp does not light up and there is no display value. The power switch and fuse should be checked for damage.

2. If the lamp does not light up when started, check whether the lamp and electronic ballast are damaged.

3. If the monitor is disconnected and the counting is inaccurate, check if the device socket is securely plugged in.

4. If the light tube is on but there is no display value, do not count. Check if the power transformer is damaged.
