ZRS-6STAutomatic dissolution apparatus*Operation method:

1. Preparation before startup:
1.1 First, add an appropriate amount of purified water to the water tank until the water line mark is reached.
1.2 Plug in the power plug.
2. Power on:
Turn on the "power switch" on the right side of the machine base, the indicator light inside the switch will light up, and all three display windows on the front panel of the machine head will light up: the speed display "000"; the temperature display shows the actual water temperature value; the "timing status indicator light will light up", and the time display will be "00:00".
2.1 Press the temperature control start/stop button once, the temperature control status indicator light above it will light up, the water pump will start, and after a few seconds, the water in the water bath will begin to circulate (if not, try to eliminate the air or other obstacles inside the pump): Two minutes later, the heater will start and the water temperature will begin to rise. Press the temperature control start/stop button once, the temperature control status indicator light will turn off, the heater will turn off, the water temperature will stop rising, and after two minutes, the water pump will turn off and the water bath will stop circulating.
2.2 Press the speed start/stop button under the speed display window once, the running status indicator light above it will light up, the rotary lever will start to rotate, and the display window will show the speed value; At the same time, the two second signal indicators in the middle of the time display window start flashing, and the time display starts counting. Press the temperature control start/stop button again, the running status indicator light will turn off, the rotary lever will stop, and the speed display will show 000; The second signal indicator light stops flashing, and the countdown also stops.
2.3 Turn off the power switch, all display windows and indicator lights are not showing.
If the above operations and corresponding operating status are correct, the instrument installation is qualified and can be put into use.
3. Usage method
3.1 Installation and Adjustment of Rotary Rod:
3.1.1 Install the experimental rotating rod (blue rod, propeller rod, small propeller rod) according to the pharmacopoeia regulations. Be careful not to tighten the clutch.
3.1.2 Take the measuring hook. Gradually insert the fixed height ring (25mm or 15mm diameter) of the hook into each cup until it reaches the center of the cup bottom.
3.1.3. Press the top of the rotating rod vertically downwards to make the bottom of the net basket or blade contact the top of the fixed height ring of the measuring hook. Tighten the upper wheel nut of the clutch clockwise to clamp the rotating rod. Then lift the lever upwards, and the clutch is lifted along with the lever. At this time, hold the lower part of the clutch with one hand and tighten the upper wheel nut of the clutch with the other hand in a timely manner.
3.1.4 Press the top of the rotating rod vertically downwards, and the rotating rod and clutch will move down together until the lower part of the clutch presses down on the same gear. At this time, the distance between the bottom of the net basket or the bottom of the pulp leaf and the bottom of the dissolution cup is the height specified in the pharmacopoeia (25+2mm, 15+1mm for the small cup method).
3.2 Injecting solvent: Lift up the machine head and inject the required solvent into the dissolution cup, then cover the insulation lid. The circulating water level in the water bath should be slightly higher than the solvent level in the dissolution cup.
3.3 Constant temperature control of water bath:
Connect the power and turn on the instrument power switch. After a moment, the temperature display window will show the measured temperature value of the water bath.
3.3.1 Press the △ or ▽ key once, and the temperature display window will show the last preset temperature value for 4 seconds, followed by a re display of the measured water temperature value.
3.3.2. Use the △ or ▽ key to set the preset temperature of the thermostatic water bath: Press the △ or ▽ key once to display the previous preset temperature, and then each press of the △ key will increase by 0.1 ℃. Hold down the key continuously to quickly increase the temperature; Similarly, using the ▽ key can reduce the preset temperature. After 4 seconds of setting, the display window will re display the current actual water temperature.
3.3.3 The preset temperature set each time will be automatically stored in the machine and will remain valid even when turned on in the future.
3.4. Start/Stop Constant Temperature Control
3.4.1 Press the start/stop button once, the "temperature control status indicator light" will turn on, and the water bath will start to circulate; after two minutes, the water temperature will start to rise until it reaches the preset temperature and remains constant.
3.4.2 Press the start/stop button again, the 'temperature control status indicator light' will turn off, and heating will immediately stop; after two minutes, the water bath will stop circulating.
3.4.3. In the temperature control state, the preset temperature can also be checked or reset at any time.
3.5. Rotary speed control
3.5.1. The button usage, display window, and status indicator light display are the same as 3.3 "Water bath constant temperature control", with the only difference being for speed control.
3.5.2. It should also be noted that the start/stop button also controls the start/stop of the timing/cycle state of the time control part; In the timed state, the start/stop status of the rotary lever operation is the basis for determining timed shutdown/timed startup.
3.6 Time Control
Time state definition and conversion: The timer of this instrument can work in three independent working states.
3.6.1 Timing Status: Accumulated experimental running time, positive timing display mode. Facilitate the operator to observe the progress of the experiment.
